Here are the bylaws as found within the handbook:

Section 3 of the Bylaws -- membership. that the "Current Term" is listed as ending July 1, 2006. It then says "each Member Institution shall remain a member of the Conference for an additional five-year period after the end of the Current Term or the then-current Additional Term"

I cannot find anywhere that is showing an "Additional Term," which means that institutions must only remain members for the 5 year period after the initial term. If you add 5 years to the "Current Term" end date of July 1, 2006, you get July 1, 2011...the day we leave.
