And comparing Johnson and FKF is like comparing a Ferrari to a Toyota..

You're missing the point if you think I'm actually comparing Johnson and Ferentz in regards to their overall coaching ability. The point is that Johnson was saying that in certain situations that he wouldn't be aggressive for the sake of being aggressive. It's about controlling the game. In this situation, Iowa had just taken a sack and is facing 2nd and 18 from their own 30 with a little over 50 seconds left to play in the half. Instead of potentially tossing a couple of quick incompletions and giving Purdue the chance for a punt block or punt return, he decided to take it to half. It's not a bad decision. Wyoming found themselves in a similar situation in Week 1 and their mistake at the end of that half damaged their chances to win greatly.

Its a philosophical difference.

Us not going for it, greatly hurt our chances to win, IMO.
