Can't predict score, but I WILL predict the following:

--A "dirty" hit from MSU
--Numerous "cramps" for MSU on the D side of the ball in the 4th Quarter if we are driving or using no-huddle

I was at the 7 got 6 game back in 2009. That was priceless to watch the reaction of the MSU fans and the dead silence from them after that walk off homer. What a gut punch to old Dantonio in that one. One of those would be good again.

Too close to call, we have to not, I repeat not, turn the ball over, punch'em in the mouth w/the run, play action passes (tight ends are key), ball control to the bitter end....I think our "D" gets us the "W" w/some great plays and possibly a turnover or two, I predict a 26-24 game, Iowa wins....I will be in Section 633 kickin' back w/a big grin on my face when we win....

Love our chances if we don't get killed by Cook. Mabin played against Nebby like I think we all thought he would. He and Desmond must play lights out for us to have a chance.

To this point, I think one of the biggest match ups of the game, and one that very well could decide it.. will be king v their number one teviever. I can't recall his name at the moment but he has over 1000 yd and is clearly cooks favorite big play target. Cook loves this guy on 3rd down.

Also, not sure if it has been mentioned but it appears we will have sort of a home field advantage on sat.

I just can't bring myself to predict it.

National stage for the Hawkeyes, this is huge. It's time to prove to everyone that we are real.

I will say it's a close game, whoever comes out ahead on turnovers, wins.

Me too.

One second, place was so loud I literally couldn't hear the person next to me.
Next second, you could hear a pin drop....all silent, except....."Let's go hawks, let's go hawks, let's go hawks....."

We know them, they know us.
We reflect them, they reflect us.
No surprises. What ever team executes the best, wins.

I see a Hawkeye victory. CJ will be the difference with his ability to tuck and run if he needs to. He is the X factor that I doubt MSU has seen all year. He will let it all out since there will be a month before the next game to get healthy. Hopefully Wadley is 100 %. Our dee needs to limit the big plays and put pressure on Cook.

What at is the rush yard comparison between Connor Cook and Beathard?
What is the TD comparison?

Just saw a short video with Paul Feinbaum. Said Iowa has NO chance against MSU.

My hope is he keeps saying Iowa has no chance, is going to lose, blah, blah, blah, because he's been wrong every week.

The day that Mickey Mouse looking fool picks Iowa to win means the Hawks are screwed big time.

The last thing Iowa needs and I couldn't be more sincere, is for Feinbaum to be on Iowa's side.

For any who think Connor Cook is so much greater than the rest of the Big Ten QBs, here are the stats:

2 things from this: first Sudfeld.... wow... and second, this makes me feel way better about going up against connor cook. We need to get to him though. I never want to see someone get injured, but If we really get after him, how healthy is that throwing shoulder? Could be the key to this game. I take iowa any day over 80% Cook

The Iowa O has been struggling. Iowa's D has given up a lot. Sparty won't beat themselves like most of Iowa's opponents. Sparty by 2 scores.

There, I said it.
