Great post. Especially "taking the bullets" while deflecting the compliments. That's what head coaches are supposed to do, but I think KF goes above and beyond that.
Players have bought into the culture that staff has fostered. They know they all have roles and rarely do you see the "I or me" and instead you see the "we". Listening to players interview, they talk about "team" and talk about everyone contributing. That's special.
