I think that's it there. That's the 64k q I was ultimately getting at is did he have unrealistic expectations of what he had or what he thought he could coach them up to be or not. He'd have had a ton of input from Osbourne himself on the situation. That said Osbourne for his own selfish reasons would have told Frost whatever he wanted to hear to get him to come. They had no plan B this time. They were all in on Frost so sugarcoating things couldn't something totally dismissed coming from Osbourne but who knows...I gotta believe the head coach and AD were setting the tone for a reason. I'm sure he believes all the hype about himself and thought he would waltz in and turn it around. In realty though, he doesn't have that much head coaching experience so he probably just misjudged the situation by quite a bit.
