Pizza in Chicago (Aurelio's)

Giadornos. Best pizza ever. Never tried their thin crust.

Not even close. Giordano's is the worst of the 4 most popular places in Chicago. Gino's or Lou Malnati's are the best as far as the 'chain' places go. Chicago's is pretty decent as well. For a different take on pizza, I'd highly recommend Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder. Plus there mediterranean bread is amazing!

Thought i saw a travel channel or food network pizza episode on Malnati's and another pizza joint that opened up about the same time & a employee/family defection that started a place just up the street. How for decades there was bad blood.... can't remember.

Yeah, it's usually an hour wait. Crazy how the one dude never writes down your name, but always remembers your name and the order you arrived in.
