Petition to fire Kirk and go after BB

(disclaimer: I am very angry and will most likely love KF after we beat Pitt next week)

It's time to get a coach in here that can take us to the next level. Kirk brought us a step up from Fry but I don't believe that he can take us any farther. Brett needs to come home and lead us to the next level. Brett at the very least won't let games dribble down his leg. He knows how to put his foot on an opponents neck and push down.
 


Yes he does, but he'd be a fool to leave wisky, he's built that thing and he's gonna be there for ever. Now Fitzgerald from Northwestern, thats a different story.

It's the first loss of the season, and it sucks it was to ISU. Does KF and Co. **** us off with conservative play calling? Definitely. Has it cost us games? Most definitely. But at the same time jumping to "FIRE KIRK FERENTZ!!" every time we lose?

What step up from Fry did he take us, I seem to remember Hayden having a pretty good record against ISU? Like, better than .500? Took us to 3 Rose Bowls, which would be one more BCS bowl then we have been to.
 








Look, I'm PO'd like all Iowa fans are at this point...but to advocate firing Kirk is absolutely insane.
 




This was a tough one to swallow ... Especially seeing Iowa's defense get manhandled all game. Our line might as well as not even been out there ... Chance made us look ridiculous ... Don't sit on the fricking ball with 1:14 to go in the game when ISU was running and passing all over and through us ... Go for the win Kirk ... Ugggh ... I need to step away from the computer and put a movie in ...

Or we could go get a coach who isnt happy with mediocrity 90% of the time with a year or two of excellence sprinkled in just often enough to justify another 1M pay raise.

yea I don't think firing Ferentz is a good idea but an offensive coordinator is overdue. I don't know what to think about Parker but should have seen earlier what he was doing wasn't working should of blitzed earlier but I know that isnt how he rolls.I would move Hyde back to corner and put Bernstine in at safety

for a coach who makes as much as Kirk does.. what has he won? when was the last BIG 10 title. i could give a crap about bowl games anymore.. there is enough games for every damn school to play in one...

this guy makes too much money to be an average coach

THIS. This and this. Over payed for a continually poor job. He is average at best making excellent money, he's not stupid.
