Unless Fran is coaching them to just throw up terrible shots, and throw the ball to NW and leave three point shooters open... I would say it is execution...
It's true Fran doesn't have the horses to win right now. But that will soon change and then Barta can judge Fran on his ability to get quality athletes to win enough games to play in the post season.
