I think it is a brilliant move. He and Brian can gang up on Kirk and get a little more creative on offense.

He will have a lot of input with the passing game, both QB and WRs. It makes so much sense

Well it'll be a seamless transition anyway. The only hand holding will be KOK to Brian at first. Hopefully those two and Stanley are at the chalk board already.
