Oglesby likes to gamble, and the Maryland game "illness"

I was initially hesitant to put this on here... On 02/07/2015 I saw Oglesby at Riverside Casino (the night before the Maryland game). The following day he did not suit up against Maryland due to "illness." I thought the timing of the supposed "illness" was a bit odd, but who knows for sure?

Think he bet on Iowa that day and wanted to make sure we won? This fits in with my theory that White was throwing the game last night too.

In before close.

I'm honestly not trying to start anything. I am just reporting what I saw. I've seen him there on more than one occasion, and I saw him there that night at the blackjack table.

Yeah, I've seen JO at Riverside from time to time. Usually in the offseason, but this is interesting he was there before a game he missed.

Did he stay on 12 at the blackjack table? It just seems like that is something a shooter that passes up wide open shots would do.

Maybe he caught a bug there. Hopefully you see him there tomorrow night.

I could be wrong on this, but I could have sworn there was a quote from Fran saying that Oglesby "had been sick for a couple days prior to the Maryland game." If anyone can find that quote it would be much appreciated. All I can find is the post game Fran transcript quote on JO.

Lot of it depends on how long he stayed there. If he left by 10 p.m., having an illness the next day wouldn't necessarily be related. If he was hitting the slots and such until 4 a.m. then there could be issues here.

I got there at 8PM. He was still there when I left at 9PM. I don't know how late he stayed.

I hope the guy doesn't have a problem with gambling. If he goes there that much for a college guy it doesn't sound to good.

I work on campus and it's a well know fact that he is downtown a lot at nights. Maybe he doesn't have his priorities straight.

Do we have our own Art Schlichter. Now that's a sad story.
