Both freshman backs need to be a little more patient in backfield...tight relationship to FB on quite a few of those running plays. But Toren is a bulldog and IKM is sudden...good lil combo.

Correct - until late ... until they adapted to no Wadley, switched from zone to power rush and became unstoppable ... which is what I was commenting on not needing to pass.

if easley doesn't fumble out of the end zone and if stanley hits either mvb or fant on either of those wide open passes; Iowa scores 45 points today. We still need some pass pro work, but I'm encouraged by our offense. And we've got some really, really good young players. watch out for Iowa in '18 & '19.

Our defense held up surprisingly well. pitching a 2nd half shutout against an air-raid team.
