Well nobody claimed any ISU fans had any brains anyway.

This is largely correct. The loss is terrible, but at least we know it took a horrid shooting performance to make it happen. If Iowa brings their shooters next week they'll be ok.

NCAA tourney is supposed to be fun. I'm sure it will be clme Sunday. But bad taste for a couple of days.

It's actually worse than it sounds because Iowa is always playing on the first day against average or even bad teams. That means every year they are losing to Penn St, Northwestern, Minnesota, etc.

Um, until last year we sucked ***. Of course we lost games. Does writing annoying things on the internet really help people feel better after a loss. The after loss vent sessions on here are brutally obnoxious.

Listen. You just don't roll into Happy Valley, win a game in OT, and then NOT expect PSU to roll over when they sed Iowa on the jersey.

It doesn't matter who you play. When you shoot 26% in a game and give up 48 freaking points in 1/2 of play winning is not going to happen.
Iowa is either very bad or really good. There's no in between with these guys. When the bad team shows up it's as fugly as basketball can get.

This is just some gogo juice to reinforce one-and-done mentality.
PSU players did say in post-game when asked about what they remember about Purdue said, we know THEY are tough and play hard all game like we do.
Maybe I am a little sensitive right now but it sounded like a slap at iowa. ????

Based on today only, if it was directed at Iowa it wasn't a slap. It was more like a punch to the face and very true. The Hawks reverted back to the no energy Hawks in the 2nd half. It's not like they played yesterday as PSU did. They can't be tired can they?

I'm predicting Iowa drops to a 10, maybe lower. This was a terrible loss to a bad team at absolutely the worst time of the season to be losing to bad teams.
