I'm not sure why this should surprise Iowa fans. Most knew this would be a battle. Hopefully Marble wakes up in the 2nd half. But more importantly our defense better improve or it won't matter.

I try to be respectful of all opinions here but anybody who didn't expect this probably hasn't been paying attention this season to Iowa or PSU. Frazier and Newbill can lead PSU over anybody in this conference regardless of where the game is being played and Iowa hasn't won back to back games in nearly a month.

And probably why we will not hold on to 3rd place in the conference as well. Fran needs to pull his head out and make sure in teh 2nd half he's got the guys in with hot hands and ride them. They are young and in shape it shouldn't be a matter of not being able to go. Look at Frazier and some of those other point guards around the country they almost spend 0 time on the bench because they are crucial to tempo. Fran doesn't get this.

Yes he did! This is Fran's BS line up change stuff that makes no sense and has to be based on minutes of play....which is totally stupid way to run your team and has cost us perhaps a couple games this year.

Fran IMO clearly over thinks his rotations and I guess must think he has to keep the ENTIRE BENCH HAPPY. Pure madness is what I call it. Iowa should be winning be double digits, but no we give Penn State confidence at home. Recipe for DISASTER..
