It really is time to talk about the Mavs and how the won, instead of keeping the hype machine going by just talking about the Heat.
So here goes.
Dirk was Dirk.
But you have to love the way this entire team played. Hopefully more teams work to develop more of a team concept. We saw the Grizzlies go in that direction and succeed in spite of losing an All-Star player to injury. The Spurs teams that won played good team ball. The Celts did as well.
I am just sick of the triangle-type iso-guard scheme.
So, thanks to the Mavs for putting together the blueprint to beat that scheme and let's hope more teams pick it up.
