So here is how hard I got screwed this week:

Non PPR league:

1) Mathews still not back
2) Bradshaw 1 point, injured probably 6 weeks out
3) Aaron Rodgers 12 points
4) Patriots don't throw to Gronk until the last 5 minutes (I just about lost it when they kept running Woodhead on 3rd and longs)

PPR League:

1)Starts off good when Marshall does feck all for my opponent, I think I've got this in the bag
2)CJ Spiller gets the ball on every offensive play and goes for a huge day
3)Foster does his thing
4) Aaron Hernandez goes down, 0 points for me, out 6 weeks
5) Victor Cruz goes off
6) I end up playing against the top 3 fantasy players of the week
7) Down by 105 points with 3 to play for me
8) Ryan, Julio Jones, and Mcgahee rendered useless and MNF is now "Do Not Care TV"

Who else needs to vent?

2 of my RBs are Steven Jackson (hurt after 1 quarter and TD not awarded as it should have been) and Bradshaw, hurt in 1st quarter. Fitzgerald (1 catch for 4 yards) didn't help. I am losing to a team that started Helu and McCluster at RB. Need I say more? This could be a long year.

Ultimate "getting screwed" fantasy football story:
A couple years back, I had a buddy lose by just a point or two in a league I was in. His game featured a 12 point swing on the play where DeSean Jackson celebrated early and fumbled before the goal line and Brian Westbrook got a 1 yard TD on the next play (vs. Dallas in Sept '08). My friend had Jackson, and his opponent had Westbrook.

I lost by 10 points in one league thanks to Antonio "Big *****" Gates. (That's a Sopranos reference not a female anatomy reference mods) He wasn't ruled out as of 11:30 and I had to leave so I couldn't confirm that he wasn't playing by the time games started. On top of that I thought I'd be clever and pick up the Raiders defense against that godawful excuse for a quarterback Ryan Tannehill and benched the Seahawks D. Yep, that one worked out well for me.

Yep, this happened in our league as well. May have been the best one ever.

I did win one back in the day on the Antonio Freeman juggling catch when he was able to get up and score after that catch. Oh, and I love when the Vikings lose.

That being said, I fully expect for every player to lay a dud next week and get smoked (knock on wood).

Aaron Hernandez - 0 out for 4 weeks. Pettigrew will be playing for a while.
Colston - 7.9 Thanks Drew Brees and NO for sucking
Jordy Nelson - 14.9 avg performance
Marshawn Lynch - 21.2 best performance on my team
Shonn Greene - 2.3 AIRBHG strikes the pros. Had to play him against Pitt since Ryan Matthews is still hurt
Mike Wallace - 18.4, pretty acceptable
Mason Crosby - 14, I'll take this every week from a kicker. Much better than his 2 points the previous week.
New England D - 6. Fffffuuuuu New England. I pick you up for 1 week to avoid playing the Bears D against Green Bay and the whole team decides to not show up.

I was just opposite, in the league I had I went in down 45 points going into MNF. I had Ryan and White going for me, they combined for just over 50 points to give me the win.

I was all worried about if I should start RGIII over Manning yet, and you made it so I could have played both (with the rest of my bench) and still got smoked.

I dominated this week 2-0. That's my MO in fantasy. My team is capable of scoring the most points every week, but the 2-3 times that I lose in each league it is a total crapfest/injury debacle/stroke of luck by having that weeks CJ Spiller on the oppositions roster. Que up Tashard Choice going against me next week!

Had a lot of trouble with my college fantasy league this week. I had several guys on their bye week and those that did play did so poorly. 4 of my 9 players combined for 8 total points.
