***OFFICIAL I don't follow MLB thread***

What does beer have to do with this? As AE said above, I drink more millerlite than I do craft brew.
I just don't likey baseball. Already stated why. Zzzzzz....
It ain't about brainpower.
Good to know Vin as millerlite is my choice as well. Just don't understand the hate for MLB, or the need to put it down. Just as others don't like it when the NBA, or soccer or any other sport is knocked.... just saying.;)

Not sure if I should post here or not. I don't follow MLB as a whole. I do follow the KC Royals though.

I tried to post that rimshot clip because your post made me laffy, but I choked.
I would blame my droid (like Duff always does), but the fact is I fat-fingered it. Not teh fault of my phone.

I would probably be a little more into baseball if there were fewer games. What are there, like, 175 games???

The relative importance of each game is diluted by the massive number of games played. So, unlike football (for example) each game means much less.

Good beer matters.

Baseball is the best thing on the planet. The only bad thing about it (besides the Cubs) is that they don't play enough games.

Was at Mile High in '93 for Rox very first opening day... and then again in '95 for Coors field opening. Saw Nomo throw no hitter at Coors in '96, All-Star Game in '98. Love that place. Will be there again at the end of the month to see them v Dodgers. Go Rox!

I tried caring about this.
Failed to...............

Baseball sucks...real bad, and it is not some kind of "high-brow" sport. I've tried to watch in the past, but it is just so boring. My best baseball experience was watching George Brett hit a 3 run homer against the Yankees at a game in KC about 25 years ago, and at that, it shall remain. Oh, and soccer may be boring too, but soccer players are tougher and in better shape than baseball players.

^ Obviously you don't know much about the game and how it is played. The best part about baseball is the strategic element and how you have to be thinking at all times.

You pretend to "follow" Manchester United, don't you?

I would agree with this.

Thanks for starting this Aeischeid. I was just about to start one myself after seeing the other **official** baseball threads and then saw yours.

I dislike baseball too. I'll go to a game maybe once a season for the Rochester Honkers and I'll probably try to go to a Twins game this year. This is only because my son loves baseball. He usually plays youth baseball.

You're very ******* welcome, Freak.
**** baseball.
That's right I said it....big whoop

Disclaimer: I don't hate baseball with a passion.....
Also, Ethyl Alcohol can affect your judgement.....

Throw the ball...hit the ball...catch the ball...throw the ball. Oh, do please tell me more of this strategy you speak of.

I would agree with this.

I guess I'll agree too, to an extremely limited extent......

Only cause I got into an argument a few years back, (jesus it's been that long?), anyways a guy(d-bag) was "schooling" me(haha me of all ppl, I know right?) on just how much more physically fit and athletic succer players are as compared to FOOTBALL players....
PFFFFF...

He went on and on about how they like, run a lot, and stuff.....all the time even!!!
Said they could out do any FOOTBALL player college or NFL.
By this time I'm almost in a "surrounded by stupid comma" so yeah...
I asked him who he thought would win in a "fight," ie: David Beckham vs Jared Allen.....................................crickets, then ******** and complaining......

Oh and apparently D-backs are way under-conditioned, compared to succer stud super heroes.............they run a lot, I guess..
