It will look like a game at 28-17 as Iowa drives midway through 4th quarter..the drive will stall. OSU will drive and score again to make it look worse.

Game is reasonable late, but ***** Urban Meyer pours it on in the final minutes and torches the porous Iowa secondary. LeShun Daniels spends the entire game on the sideline and starts to ponder his transfer options.

Although OSU had scored 40+ in all but 1 game this year, I can't see them putting 40 points up against our D. We abandoned the run game against MSU and we won't make that mistake again. Kirk will go conservative in hopes to eat clock and somehow be within reach come the 4th to give us a chance.

Hawks have one good offensive series in the first qtr but after that it is all OSU. OSU runs/passes at will the entire game and they shut down the Hawks run game immediately forcing the Hawks to rely on the pass game.
On a positive note.....the Hawks should not have to worry about stopping the fake punt as OSU will seldom, if ever, be in a position where they have to punt the ball.

I already posted this in the "unofficial" prediction thread.. So figured I better do it here too.

Iowa down by 7-10, driving deep into OSU territory late in the fourth when Rudock throws an interception. OSU eats the rest of the clock and kicks a field goal. 34-24 sort of range.

Prediction amendment (what I hope happens). Rudock throws a clutch TD or runs it in himself to tie with about 5 mins left. Defense holds, Rudock orchestrates a beautiful drive so we can win by a field goal. 30-27

My prediction is that Iowa loses the game on Saturday, but sometime in 2015 or so the result is vacated, so in the end, we don't really lose.

True enough but everyone has scored against OSU so I think we get 13 points...maybe on a TD on a lucky play. We will get one FG after falling behind 21-0 making it 21-3 and 24-3 at halftime. We come out maybe get a TD on a lucky play then OSU scores the next 17 points and maybe we get a FG somewhere else in there. I guess that makes it 41-13 Buckeyes and that sounds about right!
