As I'm watching the bowl games a few things come to mind
- Lots of different offensive schemes and plays out there other than I formation, 2 tight ends, inside zone, outsize zone from under center
- play action passing is probably easier out of a shot gun...don't have to turn your back to the defense, then look up and find your receivers
- How in the world can so many teams find ways to get WR open 20 yards down the field...much less anywhere....but Iowa seems to find it so difficult.
-We get lulled to sleep watching B1G football thinking that it is representative of the country...and I think there are a lot of teams around the USA that are better than their B1G counterparts who have the same record.
