I suppose I have a Tavernhok but I went to Northern Iowa to run track. At the time they had the better program.
But I cheered for Iowa everytime they played UNI in every sport but track. I'd say 75% of the students and UNI are Tavernhoks.
I don't have a problem with people who are fans of the team that didn't go to the school, but I do have a problem with those that like to claim bragging rights, rub it in, etc. that have no frigging idea who the QB is, what the team record is, etc.
If you want to have the privilege of talking smack, be a real fan. You aren't a fan just because you have a team tshirt.
