The moment all of this came to light, it was pretty much a foregone conclusion that the ax would drop. It would be legal and branding suicide for Maryland to keep anyone involved around. "Administrative leave" in this situation is another way of saying, "process delayed while we work out the termination details..."

Urban will get a stern talkin' to. He will do three hail marys and a Tebow prayer, pinky swear not to do it again (one in which crossies won't count) and offer a very heartfelt public apology for being caught. Only after that rigorous process will he be reinstated to active status.
