Notre Dame tantrum

Yea, they beat every team they should have beaten and lost to two of the teams in the playoff. Isn't like they haven't been given the benefit of the doubt many years prior. I find it funny and rewarding.

You can’t convince me that Notre Dame isn’t more deserving than Alabama, JMU or Tulane.

I don’t blame them at all for bailing on a meaningless bowl game either. The bowl games are pointless and more and more teams will pass on them until there is a proper tournament.

I enjoy watching ND play each Saturday. Sorry I'll miss them in the P/O. I think someone had to deliver a message to the committee and ESPN. They did it. Nobody else could have done that. Face it Tulane and JMU don't belong.

When will teams like Tulane or JMU ever belong then? Teams like that get crushed because there is no way to possibly schedule a BIG or SEC schedule. In addition, if you don't let teams like that in, it completely F them with getting decent coaches or recruits. Those players get punished for going to a small school and never having a chance to compete in a playoff.

IMO they shouldn’t get a boost from not playing a conference championship game. Join a conference or win 11 games. Their choice.

Ironically, they easily win the ACC this year and would probably be the four or five seed. Alas.
