No respect from Purdue fans

Going by the first 4 weeks Purdue is looking at us as one of their best shots at a win this year so they are feeing froggy. Let's hope we dash all hope by halftime.

I seriously would like to have an isu logo in my toilet in my guest bathroom that my clown in laws use. I mean actually in the toilet. That would prob have to be painted on right? Sticker wouldn't stay would it?
yeah it probably would have to be painted on. I'm in the process of building a new home, I may have to consider this as my inlaws are also clone fans. Well sort of, they don't follow sports, but they try to talk my kids into being losers....I mean clone fans. But they aren't biting.

I didn't know they were considered a rivalry game? My roommate and I went to the game there last year and everyone was pretty welcoming to us at least.

as far as respect goes, what exactly do they have to respect in us? We are 4 games in and WE don't even know what we are. I think a lot of us expect the answer to be found in Beathard this weekend but I think the posters who said we have to go in and take that respect are correct. We've done nothing outside of a comeback against BSU and a 2nd half of excellent team play to suggest we are a team to be feared. Our fan base (you and me) know what's coming this weekend with sunshine at the helm, but let them be shocked and awed.. The tears of our unsuspecting victims taste sweeter that way anyways lol.

lastly, purdue isn't the team they were last year. Beatable still yes, but I'd put them above all teams we have played thus far minus Pitt.

Wow, given the intense hatred between the fans, I am surprised.
You mean all 5 of the Purdue fans that actually showed up that day were actually nice?

Running joke due to Purdue being our B10 designated cross division rival game that was played every year between when Nebraska joined and the new divisions this year.

Who cares? Aside from a decent second half last week what exactly has Iowa done that would have any opponent shaking in their boots?
