Nico is leaving

Unfortunate situation. Tons of talent, but couldn't ever crack the starting lineup. Then he just made a boneheaded mistake at a really bad time. I'm not gonna judge him because I've made plenty of mistakes myself.

Wish him the best. It hurts the Raider package a little bit because it sounds like his hybrid capabilities might have been used in those situations.

Obviously that fight didn't go over too well. So now we have a scholarship open...hopefully Hendrick can make grades.

He started the final four games of the 2012 season.

He has some pretty big offers. Is he pretty much ours if he makes the grades? I see he just visited. That would be huge. Law had some talent for sure, but I'd love Hendrick in his stead. 4 yrs vs 1 yr.

It appears that Nico wasn't...................Above The Law!!!!

Teamate? I missed that part of the story. Who was it?

Derrick Mitchell from what I heard.

Keep in mind, Ferentz generally has a much shorter leash for older kids who are expected to be leaders in the program. Law has been around for a long time. He knew better. To have an infraction like this at this point in his career was not a bright move.

Link? I believe you, just wanted to read it myself if possible.

I don't have a link from a reputable news source, but that's the rumor that I've seen the last few days. FUISU (who has posted over here some in the past, but I don't think he posts over here anymore) posted on another site that this isn't the first time Nico has kicked someone in the head while they were on the ground.

I'm sure the whole Philip Nelson thing certainly didn't help matters, but if what is being said is true, then yeah, being an upperclassman doing that would have still resulted in probable exit
