Nice to hear the crowd cheer Hawk victories

Unlike the Big 10 Wrestling Tournament, the crowd is not all against us. It's really nice to hear big cheers for the Hawks.

Oh they are against us. When M* won late people were freaking out around us. Same when JayBo won late.

The reason you arent hearing more now is because Iowa is DOMINATING and the crowd is half hawkeye fans that are louder than all others currently. Trust me, it will get worse, no one there likes Iowa, lol.

I am heading out in an hour, this is going to be another great day!

Iowa dominated completely. I expect to really lay on the points tonight! You can definitely tell when Iowa is wrestling. It is so loud! Loved it while watching on tv.

Andy Hamilton said that when the Cornell crowd (and others) were trying to boo M*'s win, that the Iowa crowd's cheers drowned them out.

yea the center is 3/4 iowa fans they will drown out any haters easily

There isn't 1 fan in the Qwest center that cheers for Iowa unless they are wearing black and gold. Like others have said you are hearing the Iowa fans drown out the boo's because there are a lot more Iowa fans at Nationals then at the Big Ten's to be able to do this.
