It was in the packet they mailed out about a week or two ago (separate from season tickets package).

It never said drinking games were prohibited, just something along the lines of subject to intervention. Which with ambiguity like that it's no wonder you had different stories in different tailgating lots. In Myrtle, that apparently meant, don't even think about it. But in Finkbine, nobody had a problem with it.
