My thoughts on what should happen to Penn State

NCAA needs to do something. Even if they can't punish PSU on any grounds they need to create a PSU rule about athletic departments must abiding by all Federal, State, and Local laws. If the athletic department benefited in some way from not following those Laws, they, the NCAA, have the right to punish said athletic department for LoIC. It should be called the PSU Rule or the PSU/Sandusky Rule so everyone would know why the rule was created.

A good thought process on this is if the athletic department comes clean immediately they aren't benefiting, so the NCAA would only issue a warning with no consequences. If the University were to come clean of its own will after a period of time, they get punished, to an extent in correlation for how long they benefited.
If the University doesn't come clean and gets caught LoIC. Previous employees coming clean does not count as the university coming clean.

Actually, I work for a company that designs and builds electrical generating facilities, water treatment facilities, and telecommuncations facilites. So, by definition, I create value. Can you imagine your life without power, water, or your cell phone? Checkmate (or, did you play checkers?)

I know just how you feel. since legalization 432 gay marriages have been performed in iowa at an average cost of 6342 dollars. that's put over 2,700,000 dollars into the iowa economy. I'm glad we see eye to eye in how important it is to create jobs and wealth
