I live in Columbia and like to Tigers to a certain degree. But I do not understand how a new coach with an alleged checkered past, that just came to light 3-4 months ago, can get this kind of class. It might not look terrific on paper and I'm not sure exactly what kind of coach he can be, but he is pulling in some definite potential players to Columbia. There has been a fair amount of talk about Haith not even being kept as the coach down here when everything comes to light. And that doesn't even touch on the fact that Mizzou is all over the map with regards to moving conferences. Not to mention that they now have too many scholarships for 2013 with an injured player coming back for his senior year. Could any of this happen at Iowa? I really doubt it.

I cling to every new tidbit of information on potential recruits to Iowa and Mizzou is still pulling in quality guys this late in the game. I guess I'm jealous, forgive me :(.

Sounds like they're getting in shape to join the SEC. Questionable tactics...over-signing...coaches with "flexible" ethics. Perfect fit.

Not unlike the Civil War...they're choosing to go "South"
 
For what it's worth, ESPN doesn't think that much of their class. Not a single 4-star, three 3-stars and the rest rated lower. Of course, with so many, one may blossom into a star.
