Mcnutt hurt in Badger game?

I was at the game this weekend and didn't notice that McNutt hadn't been in the game much if at all until the second half. He went in for a play that I think we had a false start on. I found out later that day that he had hurt his hand or something. If that is the case:
1. Why was he in on the play?
2. How bad is the injury?
3. If he could play, why didn't he?

I don't remember that. It could be a product of McNutt being hurt/sore and the fact that DJK was having one hell of a good game. I'm interested to find out though. I think we'll have to wait for Kirk's press conference. However, unless is something fairly serious i doubt he'll mention it.

McNutt jammed his finger in practice on Thursday. He was having trouble with it in pre-game on Saturday. That's why his PT was limited.

McNutt jammed/sprained a finger in practice last week. I don't think it was anything serious though. Maybe they just put him in there to throw off the defense, I don't know.

If thats the case that McNutt was hurt and not playing, then I know for one that I am still anxiously awaiting the day that we can put a HEALTHY, DJK on one side, McNutt on the other, and Moeaki in the middle. All 3 healthy and in the game at the same time makes it extremely difficult for safeties to figure out who to double team. I sense offensive breakthrough coming in the future, hope its all in place in east lansing.
