I am really excited for this match, more so than any other today. He is having a very special season as a FR and a win today would be flat out huge!
 
We will find out a lot today about his chances in 2 weeks. Escobedo probably wrestled the best I've ever seen him yesterday in the semis! It will be good though and I think that he'll give him everything that he can handle... I'm sure not going to count Matt out of ANY match!

Agree. I think he has a great shot. I would assume the winner will be on the opposite side of the bracket from Robles in Omaha, so a lot at stake.

As long as MM does not get ridden and can get out I like his chances.

I am predicting a 7-4 win, I think the kid gets it done and does it in impressive fashion today!
 
I think that the winner actually DOES have Robles on there side and loser has Nickerson... I look at Nickerson as the 2 and Robles as the 4 seed.

Makes sense...4 very tough wrestlers and it will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.
 
i think if he does lose it will be the best and then motivated to win the national championship
 
putting a spin on it if he does lose is all

i think its a win win situation....don't want him to lose lol
