It's waaaaay past time to shakeup our lineup. Marble, Oglesby, and White need to start and play more minutes. Gabe also needs to see the floor more. May, McCabe, and Cartwright need to be coming off the bench. Period. If we were 9-1 and on cruise control? Different story. We are nowhere close to that at this point. We're going nowhere this year, so, let's let our kids get some valuable playing experience as they are the future.
 
CW has shown NOTHING for 10 games now. Time to come off the bench until a.) he's completely healthy and b.) he earns his starting minutes back.
 
Tell Fran to direct the cameramen on the cheerleaders, I think it would be more enjoyable than watching the games this year.

I learned that from John Wooden. Better players help too. This knowledge I obtained through coaching my now 9 year old. The two always seem to go hand in hand. Granted, my coaching usually is the difference maker when the talent level is similar.

MaCabe is one of the young guys and hes played pretty well this year. His only issue has been foul trouble
 
Hopefully Cartwright and Olaseni heal up over the break so they can get back on the court. Without those two guys healthy-especially Cartwright-there isn't much McCaffrey can do with the lineup. At the beginning of the season we were talking about 4-5 guys that could hit the 3, now we are down to 2 maybe. Apparently we have great practice shooters who can't carry it over to games.
 
Marble will start before White and Oglesby
White to erratic and needs to settle down and let the game come to him
Oglesby hit a few three's and people are calling him the savior of this team, naaah
he needs muscle weight and needs to get better defensively, at this point he is a shooter and a outside passer
hopefully he becomes the next Jeff Moe for this team
but in the meantime i will wait on annointing him the next Haluska

IMO Marble and McCabe have earned starting spots. I would go with Cartwright, Marble, Gatens, Basabe, and McCabe as the starters with Brommer, May, Oglesby, White, Archie, and Olaseni coming off the bench in that order. I don't understand all of the love for White. He will be a good player but he hasn't performed well at all this year except for the one game. You could flip flop May and Oglesby but May is more experienced so I gave him the nod.
 
Marble needs to see more time. White? Less time. He sucks. What was Fran thinking when he signed that kid?

I really like Oglesby's game. Hopefully Gessel coming in frees him up more often.
