No, this one definitely started with T8 that I've seen, but not surprised there is more than one. I haven't seen the 5TO86TD around or I'd remember that one.

I knew a guy at one point that was going to get WERURSB, but he wasn't sure people would get it. I told him most importantly ISU Fan couldn't figure it out.

T82HLWY

I don't see 5TO86TD, but it's probably a more recent plate.

7 generally, yes. Less on some specialized plates.
