that espn.com video interview with rittenburg - rittenburg brought up the divisions, and KF mentioned he thought or assumed Iowa would be in the West, and then gave out one of those snorts - but the snort didn't come across the audio very well. I took that as he knew Iowa was in the East.

An excellent idea to get next years divisions set and announced BEFORE this years play begins. You have 4 teams in the Top 15. Why steal the thunder in mid-September?

Iowa is not going to be in the East, any more than Ohio State is going to be in the West.

The West will be Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Michigan, and two out of NW, Illinois, Purdue, or Indiana.

If Iowa ends up in the East, I'll eat my favorite hat. I'll smother it in hot sauce, heat it up, and eat it.
