Trouble is, after October everyone saw him coming. 1-3 down the stretch. ISU won't be taking anyone by surprise next year and may have a target on their back, especially from OK and TCU. For me, if Campbell can get them to a bowl next year he will be the hottest girl at the coaching carousel dance.Love Kyle but doesn't have the strongest arm. I assume coaches got enamored with physical tools of people ahead of him. That said, ISU was his third stop. Played for Riley at Oregon State, transferred when he left and got no playing time there. Went to Hutchison junior college in Kansas, didn't start there. I mean I'm guessing he's a gamer and didn't show it in practice because you have to assume a guy unable to play at a JUCO won't be playing at ISU. However he made the most of his opportunity this year and I respect the heck out of him for it.
