This might be considered a huge upset. ISU was ranked 41 going into this dual and NDSU was 21. Crazy to think they are that far off the grid.

What is up with Meeks? I saw him wrestle in High School and he was dominant. I do understand that it is a HUGE step up to D-1 wrestling. I am assuming that like Clark and Gillman, Meeks could have used the red-shirt to get more prepared. I was not unhappy to see Ramos beat him up pretty good. I guess I expected to see a little more out of him this year.

His confidence is probably shattered, plus he doesn't have the high profile practice partners Clark and Gilman have.

Not making excuses, just guesses.
