freshman point guard Clayton Custer ready to move on. A 4 star prospect out of Kansas, he saw very little playing time this year. 5.8 minutes per game and 1.1 ppg.

Doesn't the kid know he is supposed to get coached up by another coach first and then transfer to ISU. He must have decided "better dead then fRED. :)

Seemed like a kid who really loved ISU, almost feel bad for him getting his scholarship yanked like this but you had to see it coming.

But he had a 4 star rating out of high school. I thought coaches were graded on how many stars their recruits have rather than how they actually develop and/or play. I give Fred an A grade as a coach just for signing this kid.

Just to keep up appearences, Fred should wait a minimum of one week before announcing the name of the imcoming transfer who he yanked this kids scholly for.

Five bucks says Freddy gets so excited when he hears about a newly available transfer that he resigns this kid without even realizing it's him...

Don't blame him......it would be tough to get playing time for the next couple years with Monte Morris around.

Not sure what you guys are talking about Hoiberg only uses transfers to fill in the gaps on their roster......C'mon fellas you know the core of every Hoiberg team are 4 yr. guys. All you guys are haters that are simply jealous.:)

^ whoa, i read second coming of Mitch Richmond, big blow to KSU, but there is more to it than basketball

KSU has had the full weber range of emotions:

1. Early success (big 12 title)
2. Flame outs in the tourney
3. Total cratering of program.

I'm picking them 10th next year. Worst team in the league IMO.
