If so, that is ridiculous and is over $200,000 for him to stand on the sidelines and call zero plays? Must be nice to be the AD and be able to come up with such an idea. Board of regents better not approve that
If that's true it's pretty ridiculous. If he hadn't given himself the job for the bowl game I would be OK with him getting a check, but since he made the decision himself he shouldn't get pay on top of that. It's pretty weak and lame for him to take an extra 200K for basically doing nothing at his own discretion.
Well he can't give it to the assistant coaches because then they will want raises because of the pay increase this yr. And then they might leave like the last group did.
