But then, that would require some competent player and game management skills by the coach.

Oh, wait ... here's the first official, so, Gesell will definitely be benched ... along with every other potential offensive threat ... in lieu of that rock solid platoon of Ellingson, Baer, Uhl, Wagner and Sapp.

I wouldn't have benched Gessell but pulling his *** and giving him a pep talk wouldn't be a bad idea. Gessell has to stop dribbling and get that ball moving via the pass not the dribble.
