125 - McDonough vs. Boyle

I think McD gets the major here, 4-0 Iowa

133 - Dennis vs. Stevens

A little better version of the last Dennis we saw, still not 100%, but enough to get the major, 8-0 Iowa

141 - Marion vs. Weber

I think Marion really starts to claim the spot as his and gets the major, 12-0 Iowa

149 - Metcalf vs. Boyer/Sears

It does not really matter who they put out here Metcalf will get the fall, 18-0 Iowa

157 - Janssen vs. Johnson

Janssen makes up for the dismal performance last week and gets the decision, 21-0 Iowa

165 - Mstar vs. Hynes

Star gets the win in normal fashion, just short of a major, 24-0 Iowa

174 - Borschel vs. Zeerip

Borschel majors one of the better Wolverine wrestlers, 28-0 Iowa

184 - Keddy vs. Collins or Smith

Keddy comes up just short of a major, 31-0 Iowa

197 - Lofthouse vs. Biondo

Lofthouse keeps it close but can't finish his holds, 31-3 Iowa

HWT - Erekson vs. Apland or Phillips

Danimal makes his debut in impressive fashion and gets the major, 35-3 Iowa
 


Here's my thoughts:

125: McDounough with a tech fall over Boyle with back points 5-0 Hawks
133: Dennis with just a regular Dec. over Stevens. Much like USA says a much better Dennis but still not quite enough to get the major. 8-0 Hawks
141: Marion gets atleast a major over Weber and puts a stronghold on the 141 spot 12-0 Hawks
149: Metcalf gets the fall on whoever it is! 18-0 Hawks
157: Janssen got called out last week and responds with a decision over Johnson 21-0 Hawks
165: Star is mad about last week and takes it out on Hynes and gets a major decision 25-0 Hawks
173: Jaybo is a beast right now and keeps on rolling with a major dec. with about 3 minuites of riding time over Zeerip making it 29-0 Hawks!
184: Keddy is getting closer to getting back to normal and it starts to show tonight! He gets a major dec. over whoever they put out there. 33-0 Hawks
197: Lofthouse has his hands full tonight but keeps it close and losses a CLOSE dec. 33-3 Hawks.
Hwt: Erekson makes his debut with a very impressive fall 39-3 HAWKS!!!

You know the phrase....the sun shines on a dogs ___ occasionally? That applies here, I got lucky :) For some reason I just thought we'd come to wrestle tonight, which was great to see coming off the big OSU win!
