ballweg its a great shot but grajels just out wrestles/scrambles there wins 13-3

as i said in my previews grajales is a great wrestler almost made olympic team

Lots of head fakes and movement from St John but Zeerip is really trying to tie him up here.

Derek gets a nice single and almost has the takedown at the edge but Zeerip throws in a whizzer at the last second and they go out of bounds with no score.

Zeerip gets a leg this time but now there is a stalemate and back to the center with just over a minute left in the 1st. Derek in on a single again now but Zeerip gets another whizzer as they go down. THis time it's in the middle of the mat though and Derek gets his arm out and gets the takedown 2-0 St John!

Zeerip tries to roll but Derek rides him out and leads 2-0 after 1 with 38 seconds of riding time.
