Iowa receivers battling for limited spots with a lot of depth

When it comes to wide receivers at Iowa, Jacob Gill is the only returner that might pop off of the page statistically. The rest of the position group is in close competition with each other.

I think they'll have packages for situational football. They have guys for all different situations. They could have RVZ on one side Howard on the other with any number of guys in the slot in a 3 WR formation. Lester has lots of options with who to play. I don't think who starts will matter as much as who's getting more snaps. More 4th q snaps in a close game to be even more specific. I'm not sure week 1 we'll get a large glimpse into that either. I assume they'll be pretty vanilla and not try to show much until we play ISU
