Iowa and Fran's problem is they just can't get out of their own way. But, a fairly nice start to the 2nd half.

Actually Williams was in the way and he had to move his body to the side to get the pass off. Williams' defense had nothing to do with Baer's overreaction to the pass. Baer failed to maintain position on that play.
