If you are Gary Barta do you force

The situation at Iowa for a very, very long time actually.

Just a question, if this is so, then how is it Iowa is in the top 4 in the conference every year in spending on it's football program? The commitment is there guys....it's programs like Northwestern, Illinois, and Purdue that are always at the bottom in football budget that see success on the grid iron as nice, but not important.

I have zero issues with the overall direction of the program and think the loss today had zero to do with scheme, play calling, or coaching.

We don't coach to miss field goals. We don't coach to miss blitz pick-ups.

We gave away three red zone possessions and lost the turn over battle.

So...the players call three pass plays in a row in the redzone when we were running it down there throats which put them in a situation to kick a field goal in the first place, the players decide to cover slot recievers with slow linebackers on third downs, the players decide to play a weak a$$ soft zone defense and not put any pressure on the opposing qb when they know the front four can't get it done, the players decide to not maybe expect the onside kick when Minnesota did it to them last year? I guess the coaches have ZERO fault here. You sir are a clueless d-bag and it's people like you that blindly support this staff that makes this loss even worse. How many GOOD teams let their opponent take the fight to them instead of the other way around and win? I will tell you-ZERO, this coaching staff SUCKS and if they don't change, this same crap will continue and if you are happy with with CRAP then good for you loser
