I think everyone needs to stop dragging out the Penn State scandal. It's immature and disgraceful to refer to them as "Pedo State" considering that the majority of Penn State students and staff had nothing to do with said scandal. What occurred was/is terrible and the victims will never be the same.
However, it's been over five years since the scandal's blanket was lifted. Unless you are actively doing something to help the situation, it does no good to bring keep bringing attention to it. I'm not saying we should completely throw it under the rug and pretend it didn't happen. We should never completely forget about it, but at the same time it doesn't do any good for people to keep bringing it up.
Whether right or wrong, too harsh or not harsh enough, the punishment the NCAA applied to Penn State's football program has been fulfilled. The negligent individuals that allowed wrongful acts to happen have been dismissed, disciplined, or are deceased. It's not right to punish the current coaching staff and student athletes for something they had no part of.
It's time to move on.
