I guess nobody in Iowa or Nebraska is allowed to root for any professional sports teams since they don't partially own the teams. I guess preferences are wholly dependent on personal choice after 18 years of being rather than how you were raised.

I guess that means you weren't allowed to be a Nebraska fan until you enrolled there, just like I wasn't allowed to keep my preexisting Iowa fandom despite my life taking me elsewhere.

I guess the vast majority of Nebraska's fanbase needs to stop watching football altogether since they certainly don't have high school degrees, let alone college ones.

Public apology to BVHawk....I was POd from crapping the bed yet again, and had 1 too many beverages (not real excuses but hey). BV is a fine school and I’ve got no room to throw out the Tavern Hawk crap. You’re right that it doesn’t matter, and I was being an internet douche just to do it. Mea Culpa - My degrees are from UNI and Drake and I married into Husker Nation 25 years ago. I love NU but have a ton of respect for Iowa. Just didn’t show it tonight at all. I’m embarrassed and apologize.

Seriously maybe Deace is right. Maybe Frost did lose the team, at least some, playing felony porn boy. However I also think Nebraska might have been the most overhyped 4-8 team in history, a team that LOST their best RB and best WR. It does look like they got some decent players off the transfer portal. Maybe someone should check their criminal history.
