Hopefully more of this happens.......

I know of many nurses in IA and elsewhere that lost their jobs for refusing to get vaccinated. These were intelligent nurses with advanced nursing degrees who understood the science way better than I. Our family did get the initial 2 vaccinations, but never saw the need for the rest.

The 2nd one caused a reaction in my wife's lymph nodes that with an MRI, they thought was a tumor. By the time the biopsy came around the swelling was gone and they couldn't find any mass. True story.

Obviously the government can't force you to get a shot, but the question of whether a health care provider can mandate that their employees get a shot is a more interesting question.

I don't believe it's wrong to require a nurse to get the Covid shot as a condition of employment. The nurse can refuse, but then that means the nurse can't work for that company.

Also Hawkboys I am sorry for what happened to wife. That sounds awful. I have had issues myself with routine medical tests that ended up causing more problems than they prevented. It sucks, I will admit.

I had clients ask me what I thought about them mandating this shit and I told them all that if they mandated it they could ultimately be underwriting any long term side effects. My view was distinctly in the minority at the time, but unlike the idiots out there who pushed this shit I actually read the Pfizer December 10, 2020 study and I understand regression analysis. I will argue until the day that I die that if you advocated for this shit on the basis of a 12 week study that yielded 170 observations you are either (a) retarded or (b) a liar.

You get people scared enough and they will just beg and beg and beg for big strong government to "do something." The totalitarian and fascist tendencies of Western Leftists were absolutely laid bare by COVID and it was the most terrifying shit I've ever seen. It really helped me to understand history, though.

Glad to hear she came out fine with this. Scary shit indeed.

I just signed a contract with a hospital to do contract work and was asked about my vaccinations. I as well just got the initial two and not getting any after. I thought it might be a deal breaker but they said they could send me a declination to sign. I explained I don't plan to get any more jabs.
