And, the QB in his last two games led a game winning drive, and was the offensive reason we won yesterday...including a drive to get 3 on the second to last possession yesterday.

What he did yesterday was everybit the equivalent of what Tate did against LSU with no running game. Unlike Tate he didn't get a hail mary chance, was without a top playmaker, and statistically eclipsed Tate at 21-31, 3 tds with NO running game. Additionally, pretty accomplished players in his face on MANY of those 31 attempts. I understand there are things jock sniffers do not understand...namely improvement. Thinking Iowa wouldn't have gotten a 6th scoring drive of the game is just pessimistic.

What does Drew Tate have anything to do with a potential final drive down on the scoreboard to Mississippi State in 2019? My "opinion" is based on several factors including....1-11 3rd down conversions in THIS game....-15 rush yards....a near pick-6 in THIS game....several sacks in THIS game and less than 200 total yards for the entire game which includes 50-60 yards on the last fg drive. Stanley's struggles were apparant all season. Again, now he's Joe Montana when he couldnt save us 4 times previously on the season and now he is up against the #1 defense in the country in THIS game? I'll state it .....again....happy with the win....
