I think that's one of the lamest personal foul calls I've seen made like that... That said don't Fing do it. There's no reason to. Do your celebrating AFTER you score. At least that way if you get flagged the score still counts.

Really its a rule? Ive seen that done in so many college games and never seen it called..

I don't think there is any set rule.. its all officials interpretation.
