Hawkeyes Dreams Dashed in Chicago

show me... what about your word.

My thing was what they would need. I am right. If you hadn't been such a jerk in the first place the bet wasn't needed. Unless they're in Sunday I won and you didn't lose in a vague way if what you say is right.

Here you go:

I'm running for office. You should join my fan page... and tweets.

I have multiple personalities, but Iowa does have some realist native sons.... Not all are addicted to hopium. Lick helped me to wean off. Kirk is working on it.

Care to wager? Iowa will be considered a bubble team at 9-9 in conference and 1 win in the BTT.

The other doesn't post for a week?

Now what excuse you got?

they don't just do B1G games. The whining gets old. I know my Iowa history quite well thank you.

Nope, Jim Burr did the Big East tournament again. Eddy got plenty of Big East games.

It's funny that people don't realize the guys working the tournament games are the guys the conference officials want there. Even the coaches have a say in who works conference tournament games. The guys that work these games are for the most part the best officials available.

Glad you found it. We still don't know the bubble teams.

They have been a bubble team for the past week, where you been?

Just admit it, you have no intentions of following through with your words! First you lied about what the bet was, then tried to make me out to be the loser, and now you say you don't know the bubble teams.

ILHawk is a joke!

Sure officiating can impact a score, but it rarely impacts the outcome. Tonight the officials didn't impace the outcome, that was decided on the floor.

Really, so the White block that was called a foul on Harris had no impact?

The real impact was when we kept ******* away possessions, because we couldn't execut any offense to end the game. Listen fouls will be call some bad some good, it happens all the time and guess what will happen today around the country. It is part of the game..

I agree, the problem is great teams can overcome this, good teams playing great teams can not.

U R a jerk. We'll see if they were given serious consideration on sunday.

Dude, sometimes the refs affect the game. And when the difference between winning and losing is thhhhhissss much, that tips the balance of the outcome. This isn't excuses. It's just facts.

Absolutely....in a game where EVERY possession matters, officials can impact......the offensive foul call on Marble completely changed the game IMO........point guards clear out with the off hand every possession, but ******** Ted V had to make that particular call at that particular time.........completely changed the flow of the game.

We couldn't execute our offense because they started grabbing our guys moving without the ball.

Yeah, and when that hand continues into the forearm that's a foul.

Nix blocking foul was the worst IMO, when he just trucked McCabe.

You should have never made the bet if you had no intention of following through. I think most of us would enjoy a week off your trolling, if that makes me a jerk then so be it. I don't know how tomorrow changes anything, they are a bubble team,

Boo Hoo Dude..

Was Marble being held when he dribbled into a double team and stepped out of bounds?? Was Clemmons being held when he tossed the ball out of bounds to a wide open player for a layup or dribbling into the lane with now where to go TWICE??

Yeah, and when that hand continues into the forearm that's a foul.

Just like when the MSU player blocked an OSU layup from behind, and his hand continued thru and landed across the OSU players' forearms.

Oh wait...no foul was called.

The last sentence is key. The best of bad is still bad. There is a reason a lot of these officials we know in the Big Ten have been around forever. They aren't good enough to ref in the NBA. The difference between officiating in college and the NBA night and day.

Marble was clearly fouled on the 3. White clearly got all ball. Those two calls could have swung the outcome. Not saying Iowa would have won, but those 2 calls alone could have made a difference in the outcome. The officiating was not consistent. That was what frustrated me the most. Iowa also didn't make plays when they should have.
