How so?
Since I believe my Aunt Mary could have had a better winning record than Lick did, I'm not overly concerned as the odds are in our favor we'll do better know matter who the next coach.
Plus, I can't imagine how much "better" it would have been to be on the boards with the meltdowns of learning of more players transferring, how we will loose even more games in Lick's 4th year, what an idiot Barta was for keeping him, etc. etc.
Just realize that hiring people takes time. There is no magic bullet to this. Plus, would you rather have Barta taking his time, having the search firm track down who is interested, setting up multiple interviews and then ultimately making the best decision or would you rather he just hire someone quickly so you could be out of your misery?
Think about it....it takes time.....deep breath and relax....bubbles in, bubbles out...
