The master plan is the Brian moves to OC and then when Kirk retires he's in high hopes the Iowa just offers the job to Brian.
Honestly I'm okay with the first part of the plan because I think Brian will bring much of the New England Patriot scheme to use.
However.... there are a crap ton of variables though that could throw a wrench at that damn monkey. Those being if Barta gets fired for one (because he is not making friends by signing lifetime contracts to a questionable coach). Secondly if they don't change their recruiting tactics from the Mr Rodgers Neighborhood mentality we will continue to dangle on the edge of being a good or bad program. Just like that mystery pubic hair on the edge the swirling toilet that nobody wants to touch.... is it going to go down or not? Lastly if he doesn't make a change at OC this year and the program goes sub 500 none of them will be around to see Brian's offensive abilities.
